We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join a leading company in the industrial sector, including pharmaceutical operations, based in Paris. This strategic role requires strong expertise in designing and implementing security architectures, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting critical information systems within a complex, global environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining security architecture standards, guiding technical teams, and ensuring that all systems meet both operational and compliance requirements. You will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s sensitive data and enabling secure digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide cybersecurity architecture for IT and OT systems.
- Define security standards, policies, and best practices aligned with industry frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR, etc.).
- Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and operational teams to integrate security into system design and development.
- Assess emerging security threats and propose robust solutions to mitigate risks.
- Support audits and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and guide technical teams on security architecture and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity processes and technology adoption.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR).
- Strong understanding of cloud security, network architecture, application security, and threat modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and proactive approach to security challenges.
