We are looking for an experienced Head of Security to join a leading technology company based in France. This senior role focuses on leading cybersecurity initiatives, protecting critical systems, managing risks, and ensuring compliance across the organization.
In this role, you will define and implement the company’s security strategy, oversee technical teams, and ensure that security policies and controls meet both operational and regulatory requirements. You will be a key player in safeguarding sensitive data and enabling secure digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and manage security teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Oversee risk management, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, GDPR, NIS2).
- Collaborate with IT, operational, and business teams to integrate security best practices across all systems.
- Support audits and security assessments, ensuring readiness for regulatory and internal requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement of security processes, tools, and technologies.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, risk management, cloud security, network architecture, and threat modeling.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing security programs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach to security challenges.
